      Apply lip liner and press lips together to blend. Apply a small amount of setter over liner and allow to dry for 10-20 seconds.

      This LIP combo is truly one of a kind and lasts for more than 8 hours. I use it year round and NEVER fails. My favorite is sepia liner & taupe gloss. I couldn’t recommend it more!
